In this role, you will report to the Manager of Coaching Services and play a key part in supporting franchisees and franchisee staff through online preparation and training sessions. Key Responsibilities Conference Coach responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Meet monthly billable hour requirements and operational goals; participate in weekly meetings with the Coaching Services Manager to review progress and develop action plans. Manage assigned clients through daily and weekly coaching appointments. Maintain accurate client records through timely and detailed database entry. Deliver billable coaching and training sessions, including but not limited to: Coaching clients on how to prepare for and conduct Initial Conferences Coaching clients on how to prepare for and conduct Interim Conferences Programming and reprogramming coaching AE and Intake Walk in Inquiry training Participate in operational and team meetings. Collaborate and communicate with Franchise Business Consultants. Conduct ongoing follow-up with franchisees and franchisee staff to support success. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have: A minimum of one year of Huntington experience at the Managing Director level or above A bachelor’s degree Strong commitment to the Huntington business model and thorough knowledge of the Huntington system Proven performance related to key operating metrics, including conference rate and keep rate Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
