QAIX is building a global community connecting people working at the frontier of Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Robotics, Automation and emerging technologies.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly networked Conference Producer who can turn ideas into conversations, conversations into communities, and communities into high-impact events.
This is not simply an event-management position.
We want someone who can identify the most important technological conversations happening around the world, bring the right people into the room, and create QAIX meetups, roundtables, panels, workshops and conferences around them.
You will independently develop QAIX events in cities and technology ecosystems around the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
You could be based in Dubai, London, New York, San Francisco, Boston, Toronto, Tokyo, Singapore, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Berlin, Paris, Zurich, Seoul — or almost anywhere else.
Your location matters less than your ability to make things happen.
You may have experience in:
Conference Production • Technology Events • Community Building • Journalism • Research • Startup Ecosystems • Deep Tech • Corporate Innovation • University Programs • Partnerships • Business Development
You should be someone who can hear about an interesting technology today and, within weeks, assemble the researchers, entrepreneurs, investors and companies shaping that field into a meaningful QAIX discussion.

QAIX Quantum Meetup – Boston
20–50 researchers, founders and investors discussing the commercialization of quantum technologies.
Then:
QAIX Industrial Robotics Roundtable – Munich
Manufacturers, robotics companies and AI researchers discussing autonomous factories.
Then:
QAIX AI × Manufacturing Panel – Tokyo
Industry leaders exploring how AI agents and robotics are changing manufacturing.
Then:
QAIX Quantum × AI Conference – Dubai
Hundreds of global participants brought together from communities that started as small QAIX meetups.
Our ambition is to create a distributed global network of QAIX communities, where small, high-quality gatherings continuously generate new ideas, collaborations, companies and larger conferences.
You do not need to be a quantum physicist or AI researcher.
But you should be intellectually curious enough to understand emerging technologies, identify the people shaping them, and ask the questions that bring great conversations to life.
QAIX wants to create something bigger than another conference series.
Our vision is a global, self-sustaining network of local deep-tech communities connecting science, technology, industry, capital and entrepreneurship.
A QAIX community might begin with 15 people around a table and eventually become a major regional technology gathering.
The Conference Producer will be one of the people responsible for making that network happen.
