Lead Graphic Designer at IncubatorLab Remote - Worldwide Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join our thriving team! Role Objective: You will be responsible for producing high-volume, high-converting static ad creative. While video is king, our static ads (images, carousels, and checklists) are essential for scaling. You understand that a great ad isn't just "pretty"—it’s engineered to stop the scroll and communicate a value proposition in less than a second. What You’ll Do: Design high-performance static ads for Meta, Pinterest, and Display (Google/Programmatic). Create diverse styles: from "ugly" high-converting UGC-style graphics to polished, premium brand layouts. Build out carousels, split-screen comparisons, "Us vs. Them" charts, and press listicles. Iterate rapidly on winning concepts by testing different backgrounds, headlines, and CTAs. Maintain a structured design library for quick versioning and platform optimization. Requirements we are looking for: Performance-First Mindset: You design with the click in mind, utilizing hierarchy and typography to drive action. Direct Response Experience: Proven track record in DTC, E-commerce, or Lead Gen design. Mastery of Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Canva (whichever allows you to move the fastest without sacrificing quality). Speed & Volume: Ability to churn out 10+ variations of a winning concept without burnout. Qualities that are Nice to have: Experience with DTC or UGC-style ads WORKING HOURS: REMOTE-FIRST & ASYNCHRONOUS At Incubator Labs, we prioritize output over hours. We operate primarily on an asynchronous model, allowing you the freedom to structure your day for maximum focus and "deep work." However, to ensure smooth collaboration, we look for a daily overlap of 2–3 hours with our core team (typically between 9 AM and 1 PM EST). This window is used for rapid feedback loops, creative huddles, and urgent troubleshooting. HOW TO APPLY We value results over aesthetic fluff. We are particularly interested in seeing: Static Hooks: Examples of images or carousels that use bold typography or "curiosity gaps" to stop the scroll. Performance Awareness: Any notes on how your static designs contributed to ad scaling or specific campaign wins. The "Why": A brief explanation of the design strategy behind one of your high-performing static assets (e.g., why you chose a specific layout or color contrast). Iterative Samples: Show us a "winning" ad and the 5 variations you created to optimize it.
