The Role
We are seeking a reliable Construction Bid Coordinator to manage our subcontractor bidding process. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our company and our trusted network of trade partners (framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, roofing, and more).

Key Responsibilities
* Plan Distribution: Review upcoming project scopes and send construction plans to the appropriate trade subcontractors.
* Bid Tracking & Outreach: Proactively follow up with trade partners to ensure accurate bids are submitted on time.
* Quote Comparison: Organize, file, and compare incoming quotes to help our estimating team review numbers efficiently.
* Documentation: Keep our central bid log updated with accurate status reports, contact details, and current pricing.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Prior experience in construction estimating, subcontractor outreach, or pre-construction coordination is preferred.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable making outbound calls and writing professional emails to contractors.
* Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills—you know how to keep track of multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
* Tech-Savvy: Tech-literate with proficiency in standard office tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and file-sharing platforms (Dropbox, Procore, Drive, etc.).
