Construction Coordinator - REMOTE

About our client:

A trusted property restoration provider specializing in cleanup and restoration services for water, fire, smoke, mold, and mildew damage. With highly trained professionals and 24/7 emergency support, the company helps restore residential and commercial properties efficiently and professionally.

As a Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  Coordinate reconstruction projects from start to completion, including scheduling, inspections, approvals, and closeout.

• 
  

  Monitor project timelines, budgets, billing, project status, and outstanding items.

• 
  

  Communicate and coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, customers, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders.

• 
  

  Support estimates, work authorizations, change orders, supplements, billing, collections, payments, and project reconciliation.

• 
  

  Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, records, trackers, schedules, and customer files.

• 
  

  Ensure required uploads, approvals, subcontractor documentation, insurance, and licensing requirements are completed on time.

• 
  

  Monitor project files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

• 
  

  Document project communications, updates, and follow-ups in applicable systems.

• 
  

  Assist with audits, reporting, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks.

• 
  

  Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the Construction Department.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

• Standard time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM MX time
• Daylight saving: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MX time

This is a remote position, in case you get selected you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Minimum requirements

• Strong English skills (verbal and written)
• High school diploma/GED
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum two years of business experience
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies
• Excellent customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate math skills
• Experience in the restoration and/or construction industry preferred
