Overview Overview Construction Estimator (Remote) Remote | Commercial Building Access & Façade Access Systems About the Role Sky Climber is seeking a driven and technically proficient Permanent Installation Construction Estimator. Our business includes permanent façade access solutions for commercial buildings, including powered platforms, monorails, davit systems, rooftop anchorages, and related access equipment. You will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, contributing to the success of our projects through accurate and detailed cost estimations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction estimating, particularly in façade and permanent building access systems and projects. What You'll Do Responsible for developing detailed proposals, project estimates, scopes of work, and equipment recommendations Refine project scope, pricing, and specifications to support successful project execution This role encompasses project analysis, estimation, take-offs, bid preparation, vendor and subcontractor management, risk assessment and extensive communication. Works closely with contractors, architects, engineers, property managers, and building owners to develop compliant access solutions for both new construction and retrofit projects. Supports the business development and sales function in identifying new customers, expanding current customer relationships and meeting current customer needs.
