Construction Estimator

LHH is partnering with a respected client seeking an experienced Construction Estimator. This fully remote opportunity is responsible for developing accurate, competitive estimates while supporting consistent bidding practices and project profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction plans, specifications, scopes of work, and related project documents
• Prepare detailed takeoffs and estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
• Develop competitive bid proposals while maintaining established pricing and margin requirements
• Identify scope discrepancies, project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and potential gaps
• Partner with internal teams and external resources to ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of construction estimating experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Ability to manage multiple bids, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment

Location: Florida – Fully Remote

Salary: Up to $70,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
