The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired. Your Day-to-Day: Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Analyzing complex legal issues and providing targeted and effective counsel to clients Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
