Role Description This is a part-time Construction Manager role based in East London with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Construction Manager will plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing project activities, managing schedules, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports for stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with site teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain clear communication. The Construction Manager will also support compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee resource allocation, and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
