Construction Manager - Biomethane Projects (f/m/d) Ready to shape the future of renewable energy? What you will do: Manage a portfolio of biomethane construction projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives, governance standards, and reporting requirements Lead the execution of multiple biomethane plant construction projects across Poland, overseeing all phases from site mobilization through to mechanical completion Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors, monitoring performance, schedules and resource plans Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Polish HSE regulations and leading site inspections Track project costs, schedules and risks, supporting forecasting and reporting to keep milestones on target Coordinate with permitting authorities, engineering, procurement and operations teams, and represent the company at site visits Support commissioning and handover activities, ensuring punch-list closure and a smooth transition to Operations What you bring & who you are: Experience in industrial construction project management, ideally in biomethane, biogas, waste-to-energy or related renewable energy sectors A background in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial or Energy Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline Experience managing EPC contractors and multiple projects at once – ideally within multinational project environments Fluent in Polish and English You are comfortable with frequent travel to project sites across Poland, with Warsaw as your primary workplace. Travel will be a significant part of the role; however, it will not require you to be on-site every day A hands-on, accountable approach with strong communication and organizational skills Ideally, a Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) or HSE-related qualification – even if you don't have this yet, we'd love to hear from you What we offer: Full-time employment contract Development in an international company that is shaping the face of the energy market.
