Construction Manager (Civil) – PV & BESS Key Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage the civil construction activities for Solar PV and BESS projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met. Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with design teams to optimize civil engineering solutions for Solar PV and BESS installations. Provide technical expertise in civil engineering aspects related to Solar PV and BESS systems. Manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven experience in civil construction management, with a focus on Solar PV and BESS projects. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the renewable energy sector. Strong project management skills and the ability to work within budget constraints. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in civil construction management, with a focus on Solar PV and BESS projects.
