Stronger together: Collaboration drives relationships and results. About the Role As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, write estimates, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction. This is a revenue-generating leadership role managing $1.5–$2 million in annual project volume while building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners. When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need project managers who do the same. What You’ll Do Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate Document projects using Docusketch for insurance-related records Negotiate with insurance companies and close sales Manage projects from contract through completion with clear scope, timelines, and expectations Develop detailed schedules and coordinate production teams Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network Oversee material selections, permitting, and code compliance Manage budgets to ensure project profitability Complete change orders, supplementals, and project close-outs Navigate TPA and program requirements Mentor and develop production staff Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business.
