48495876-f224-456e-8cef-e84ee8bc61d7:19000101_000001Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager is critical to the successful execution of high-value, complex signage projects that require deep architectural understanding, cross-trade coordination, and expert-level oversight. The Construction Project Manager will serve as both a technical leader in the design phase and execution ensuring excellence in project delivery and contributing to the strategic growth of National Accounts. Duties and Expectations: Lead and manage major signage projects from initiation, design to completion with national programs and accounts Coordinate across multiple trades, including electricians and fabricators to ensure seamless integra tion and execu tion Manage projects valued at $75,000+, o ft en involving specialized materials and low-volume produc t ion Act as the subject matter expert for architectural signage, with a deep understanding of design, fabrica tio n, and installation Oversee and understand installa ti on of custom elements such as canopies, graphics and valences Proactively challenge assump ti ons and troubleshooting issues to maintain project momentum Translate customer design intent into prac ti cal, buildable solu ti ons using design software Create, interpret and review construc ti on drawings and eleva ti on plans to guide project execu ti on and ensure design intent is met Ensure compliance with technical specifica tio ns and site requirements to facilitate installation Maintain project documenta t ion and communicate progress to stakeholders Ability to nego ti ate, execute, and approve change orders effect ively and in alignment with project goals Thoroughly review drawings and BOMs before produc ti on release. Interpret and cri ti cally analyze architectural drawings to iden tif y poten ti al design challenges and opportuni ti es for improvement to optimize a profitable outcome Collaborate cross-func ti onally to ensure design feasibility, structural integrity, and alignment with client expecta ti ons Maintain a mindset of con tin uous improvement by regularly evalua ti ng design processes, tools, and outcomes to enhance efficiency and quality Serve as a mentor and resource to other project managers Education, Experience, and Skills: Two plus year’s experience in complex signage program, construction with an architectural design background Abilit to design architectural elements using AutoCAD or SolidWorks Strong customer service attitude and client-facing communication skills Demonstrate innate understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and their relationship to fabrication processes Excellent analytical mindset Technical proficiency in electrical systems, construction documentation, and material specifications Experience with high-value, custom project execution Proficiency in Procore and MS Office preferred Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across trades Legal aptitude and contractual understanding to safeguard company liabilities Experience in construction environments familiarity with industry practices Knowledge of AIA documentation and processes Demonstrate exceptional design acumen with the ability to visualize detailed solutions from concept through job site implementation We are a leading sign company in the U.S. and provide an attractive benefits package: Health & Wellbeing Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Plan with Company Match Leading Edge Tools & Technology YMCA Health & Fitness Membership Education & Advancement Opportunities Incentive Programs Charitable Contributions Match And More!
