Construction Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety operations across multiple construction projects
• Conduct site walks, audits, and hazard assessments
• Develop and implement safety initiatives that reduce risk and improve performance
• Lead new hire orientations, safety training, and toolbox talks
• Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to maintain safe work practices
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries
• Track safety metrics and maintain compliance documentation
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction safety experience
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and best practices
• Experience performing field inspections and safety training
• Ability to influence and coach employees at all levels
• OSHA 30 certification required
• CHST, CSP, or additional safety certifications preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fishkill, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $140000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
