Job Summary: Construction Sales Account Manager
As a key representative of Nycom, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers across your designated territory. This construction sales opportunity requires problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a passion for success. In this role, you will build strong relationships with architects, general contractors, and project owners, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout every phase of their construction projects. You will provide expert consultation on product selection, design considerations, and project planning, helping clients identify the most effective solutions for their needs.
We are seeking a candidate who will serve an instrumental role in developing new business and strengthening customer relationships throughout the state. Day-to-day remote work paired with travel and customer visitations throughout the state is required. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills are preferred. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth within your territory by identifying new opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and maintaining a deep understanding of laboratory construction market trends. Success in this position requires a blend of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Territory:
The state of Indiana, with a primary focus on the greater Indianapolis area. Candidates must reside within the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area.
- 4 year college degree
- Strong computer skills
