Construction Superintendent - Travel Required

Sentry is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial, industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, and infrastructure projects throughout the Midwest and across the United States. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, solving problems, and keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Project assignments may require travel, extended stays near project locations, or relocation on a project-by-project basis. Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day field operations from project startup through project completion • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and self-perform crews • Maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved • Conduct site safety meetings and enforce company safety standards • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or productivity • Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed correctly • Communicate project progress with project managers, owners, engineers, and other stakeholders • Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and daily jobsite activities Qualifications • 8+ years of construction experience preferred • Previous Construction Superintendent or field leadership experience required • Experience with commercial, industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, or infrastructure construction projects • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Valid driver's license • Willingness to travel based on project assignments What We Offer • Competitive compensation based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Career advancement opportunities • Diverse projects across multiple industries About Sentry Sentry is a self-performing general contractor delivering projects through design-build, CMAR, and traditional delivery methods.
