We are looking for a Consultant to work with enterprise clients, understand complex business challenges, and support the design and implementation of technology-driven solutions. This role is critical in connecting client requirements with Scry AI’s products and capabilities while supporting successful business outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Consultant at Scry AI, you will work closely with clients, product teams, engineering, sales, and implementation teams to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, and recommend appropriate solutions. You will participate across the consulting lifecycle, from discovery and requirement gathering through solution design, implementation, and post-deployment evaluation.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical and business skills with the ability to communicate effectively with enterprise stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Requirement Analysis

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technology requirements
• Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process assessments
• Document business requirements, workflows, pain points, and expected outcomes

Business Process & Solution Analysis

• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Translate client requirements into structured functional and solution requirements
• Recommend practical approaches based on business priorities, technology capabilities, and implementation considerations

Solution Design & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to define appropriate solutions
• Support solution configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Ensure implemented solutions remain aligned with agreed client requirements and business objectives

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Build professional relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers
• Present findings, recommendations, solution approaches, and project updates
• Manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout engagements
• Support workshops, demonstrations, and business reviews

Research & Business Insights

• Conduct industry, market, competitor, and technology research
• Analyze business data and operational information to support recommendations
• Develop reports, presentations, business cases, and executive-level materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, product, engineering, implementation, and customer success teams
• Provide client and market insights to support product and business decisions
• Assist pre-sales teams with solution discussions, proposals, and client presentations when required

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, technology consulting, or client-facing roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to understand business processes and technology solutions
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication abilities
• Experience preparing business reports, presentations, and recommendations
• Understanding of AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation is preferred
