Role Overview As a Consultant at Xynteo, you will support the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements by contributing structured analysis, high-quality outputs and effective stakeholder engagement. You will own defined workstreams within projects, work closely with senior colleagues and clients, and build the foundational skills required to grow as a trusted advisor. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects by owning defined workstreams and producing high-quality, client-ready outputs Conduct robust qualitative and quantitative research and analysis, translating findings into clear insights and practical recommendations Support project planning and execution by managing timelines, prioritising deliverables, and adapting to changing client needs Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats, including presentations, reports and client interactions Support the design and delivery of client meetings, workshops and internal sessions Build familiarity with Xynteo’s core frameworks, methodologies and focus areas, and rapidly develop knowledge in new topics or sectors Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams and geographies, contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture Demonstrate ownership of personal development, actively seeking feedback and learning opportunities Contribute, where relevant, to business development, thought leadership or internal initiatives beyond project delivery Qualifications & Experience Preferably Master’s degree in business administration, sustainability or a related field At least 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, sustainability, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in ambiguous contexts Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation and time-management skills
