This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

· Lead day-to-day Facilities and Workplace operations for the Brazil office, serving as the primary local contact for associates, leaders, landlords, property management, vendors, and global Facilities partners.

· Maintain a safe, reliable, organized, and high-quality workplace through visible on-site leadership, regular inspections, preventive action, and timely resolution of operational issues.

· Manage supplier and outsourced-service performance through service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), service reviews, corrective actions, and escalation of material issues.

· Coordinate contract administration and purchasing activities, including scopes of work, sourcing support, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and required documentation.

· Manage assigned operating costs and project budgets by supporting forecasts, tracking commitments and actuals, explaining variances, and identifying cost-control opportunities.

· Oversee building operations and workplace services, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, reception, pantry services, supplies, parking, waste management, pest control, and space utilization, as applicable.

· Plan and deliver moderately complex office infrastructure projects, renovations, moves, repairs, and workplace improvements within established scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and governance requirements.

· Coordinate cross-functional workplace needs with Corporate Security, Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Occupational Health and Safety, and Communications, including CCTV, access control, and visitor management.

· Maintain operational procedures, records, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates; analyze service, financial, and stakeholder information to identify trends and recommend improvements.

· Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, accessibility, sustainability, travel, and fleet administration where assigned, escalating sensitive or higher-risk matters appropriately.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that supports workplace and operational decisions.

· Professional experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Corporate Real Estate, property or building administration, or related operations within a medium or large organization; multinational experience is strongly preferred.

· Working knowledge of building operations, planned and corrective maintenance, workplace services, physical security, health and safety, and corporate-office environments, used to identify risks and coordinate effective solutions.

· Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, service contracts, outsourced teams, operating budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, and vendor-performance improvements.

· Experience independently delivering moderately complex office infrastructure projects, renovations, relocations, or workplace improvements within established governance, while building effective relationships with local and global stakeholders.

· Availability to work primarily on site and travel occasionally based on business needs.

Required Technical Skills

· Working proficiency in English and professional fluency in Portuguese for local and global stakeholder communication.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, for analysis, reporting, collaboration, and document management.

· Ability to develop and interpret operational dashboards, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, commitments, actuals, and variance analyses.

· Practical knowledge of supplier-governance and purchasing workflows, including SLAs, scopes, purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and vendor onboarding.
