Salary Range: $70,733.00 To $90,991.00 Annually

Oxford is seeking a Management Analyst to support healthcare transformation and information technology programs for large healthcare organization. The Management Analyst will work within an integrated program management office to evaluate program operations, analyze performance, support contract deliverables, and provide clear, actionable information to program leadership. The successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to turn complex program information into accurate reports, recommendations, and management products. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze program operations, management processes, and performance information to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support organizational assessments and comparisons between current and targeted operating states.
  • Document findings and develop practical recommendations for program leadership.
  • Prepare and quality-check weekly reports, monthly reporting packages, briefings, meeting materials, and other contract deliverables.
  • Consolidate program metrics, status information, risks, issues, actions, and decisions from multiple workstreams.
  • Maintain deliverable schedules, action trackers, compliance documentation, and supporting evidence.
  • Coordinate with program managers, technical teams, business process specialists, change management personnel, and customer stakeholders.
  • Support reviews for document quality, consistency, accessibility, and Section 508 compliance.
  • Assist with surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other accepted data-collection methods when required.
  • Track deadlines and follow up with responsible parties to support timely completion of program activities.
  • Maintain organized project records in collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or similar systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting methods, templates, and management controls.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least four years of relevant experience in management analysis, program analysis, project support, business operations, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Experience evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, organizations, or operational processes.
  • Experience preparing management reports, presentations, analyses, recommendations, or executive-level materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to review work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across contractor, partner, and government teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal healthcare organizations.
  • Experience working within a program management office.
  • Knowledge of healthcare transformation, clinical operations, health information technology, or enterprise system implementation.
  • Experience with contract deliverable management, quality control, or Section 508 compliance.
