Which tasks can you expect? Providing technical support for the use of implemented applications Monitoring and resolving customer requests and complaints in an efficient manner Identifying and managing specific or non-standard customer requirements Testing and validating new application features prior to launch Performing custom configurations in applications, depending on the internal processes of customers Migrating data from customer systems (importing data and information into the database via import files) Collaborating with the implementation and development departments to ensure a smooth transition of projects What do you have to offer? Previous experience in application support role At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, etc.) Knowledge of Human Resources processes (Personnel Administration/Payroll) is an advantage Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
