(Senior) Consultant SAP MM for Application Management Support (m/f/d)

In application support, we assist our clients as solution providers throughout the entire lifecycle of an SAP system landscape — both in project and operational phases.

To further expand our business in romania, we are currently looking for experienced (Senior) Consultant SAP MM for Application Management Support (m/f/d).

Expectations and Tasks:

• Implementation of complex requirements through customizing in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM)

• Project-specific and demand-driven adaptation of the SAP standard in MM & WM

• Detailed analysis of technical application issues, identifying root causes and finding solutions

• Handling 3rd-level support tickets, including tracking and resolution

• Close collaboration with clients to create detailed specifications and ensure their technical implementation

• Ongoing knowledge development in SAP MM/WM, including new SAP solutions (e.g. EWM) and enhancements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end value chain and the business and logistics processes of a company

• Industry experience in manufacturing companies

• Several years of consulting experience in IT support of MM/WM projects, including customizing

• Knowledge of related SAP modules and initial experience with S/4HANA is a plus

• Experience in handling support requests (incidents, changes, and service requests)

• Preferred: Experience with Fiori applications relevant to the role, SAP interface technologies (e.g. ALE/IDocs, EDI), and SAP programming/debugging

• A self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work

• Excellent English language skills - German is a plus

• Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. for client visits, company events, training)

• Hybrid working model with flexibility in terms of remote work and office presence
