This role contributes to project execution by analyzing business and system processes, researching technical matters, manipulating and validating data, and supporting the implementation and testing of technology-enabled solutions. The Consultant works closely with Managers, Project Managers, Subject-Matter Experts, and stakeholders across Service Delivery and Global Shared Services to ensure objectives are achieved within defined timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Participates in project-related meetings, including planning sessions, status updates, Agile ceremonies, and solution reviews.
Demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Contributes to knowledge sharing and training initiatives, as needed.
Client:
Assists with the creation of client deliverables, including drafting, editing, and compiling documentation and reports.
Gathers, extracts, reconciles, and analyzes client data to support consulting, compliance, and business solution initiatives.
Researches and analyzes technical and operational issues and communicates findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Responds to client inquiries and supports interactions with taxing authorities or other external stakeholders, as applicable.
Supports Managers and Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Travels to client locations, as necessary, to obtain documentation and support solution deployment.
Establishes and maintains professional relationships to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Value:
Analyzes existing business and system processes and provides recommendations to improve efficiency, automation, compliance, and overall effectiveness.
Assists in developing and documenting business and technical requirements aligned with organizational objectives.
Designs and documents process improvements to enhance operational workflows and technology utilization.
Supports the configuration, implementation, validation, and testing of business and technology solutions.
Creates, executes, and documents testing scenarios to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and Firm standards.
Conducts research using internal and external resources to support technical conclusions and solution development.
Works with databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other technologies to manipulate data, perform detailed calculations, and generate reports.
Drafts documentation and supporting materials required for compliance, advisory, or operational processes, as applicable.
Assists with risk identification, issue resolution, and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Strong technical and/or data analysis experience.
Business Analyst experience a plus
Strong customer service background/experience.
Two-year associates degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
Standard indoor working environment.
Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
Occasional long periods of standing.
Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and vendors both in-person and via e-mail and telephone.
Independent travel requirement: up to 25%
