Key responsibilities include: Leading medium-sized client engagements/ workstreams and managing day-to-day delivery Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating environments and developing the case for change Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations Design and implementation of a target operating model Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders Supporting ongoing go-to-market/ proposition development and business development Your Skills and Experience Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms) Value proposition/ strategic driver analysis Operating Model Design Organisational Design Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign Roadmap and business case development Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and operating models Additional Requirements UK mobility with regular client‑site engagement Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance Benefits Pension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10% Private medical cover Income Protection Life Assurance 25 days paid leave + National Holidays Flexible benefits program Diversity & Inclusion As a Disability Confident employer, we encourage applications from all applicants, especially, differently abled applicants.
