Role Description The Consultor Odoo role is a full-time remote position focused on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and designing Odoo modules and workflows to meet client needs. The role involves system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training, as well as providing ongoing functional support and troubleshooting. The consultant collaborates with technical teams to ensure integrations and customizations align with best practices, and regularly communicates with clients to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables. The position requires proactive problem-solving, clear documentation, and continuous learning to stay current with Odoo features and updates.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Odoo ERP implementation, configuration, and functional consulting.
- Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as accounting, inventory, CRM, sales, and HR.
- Ability to analyze requirements, map workflows, and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Experience with data migration, system testing, and user training in an ERP environment.
- Proficiency in documenting functional specifications and creating clear user guides.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to work remotely and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with basic technical concepts (databases, APIs, integrations) to collaborate with development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional fluency in Spanish, with good written and spoken English considered an advantage.
- Prior consulting experience and knowledge of other ERP or business software platforms are beneficial.
