We especially value employee feedback regarding engagement through quarterly surveys, which tell us how you're feeling and what we need to improve. • Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process • Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail • Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge • Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities • Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks • Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions • Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
