Consumer Loan Advisor - ref. 1129

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented professional who can provide professional and personalized support throughout all stages of the customer relationship. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and developing solutions tailored to their needs. The role combines consulting, strong communication skills and a commercial mindset , with the aim of building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our customer portfolio. An excellent command of Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English (minimum C1 level in all four languages) is required. Key Responsibilities Simulate and assess consumer financing proposals Provide advice using targeted communication techniques focused on presenting and selling financing solutions Provide post-sales support and advice regarding potential counteroffers Drive cross-selling and upselling activities Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Carry out debt collection activities What do we offer?
