Would you like to be the first point of contact for BEO World with hundreds of educational institutions in Mexico?

As a Contact Agent, your mission will be to build trust from the very first conversation, identify opportunities, and open the door to new educational partnerships.

What will you do?

• Contact educational institutions via phone calls and schedule meetings with administrators and decision-makers.
• Prospect and identify business opportunities and validate each institution’s interest.
• Schedule strategic meetings for the sales team.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate data integration.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team and other relevant departments to strengthen the sales process.

We are looking for individuals with:

• +2 years of experience in sales prospecting, customer service, business development, or call center sales.
• Proficiency in English.
• CRM management (preferably HubSpot).
• Reliable internet connection.
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
• A strong service orientation and a passion for building trusting relationships.

We especially value candidates with…

• A Bachelor 's degree in Public Relations, International Business, Communications, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the education, sales, or service sector.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
• Experience working with sales metrics and pipeline tracking.
