City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Contact Center Advisor. Remote opportunities available in the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for responding to all telephonic sales related consumer inquiries, identifying qualified prospects, providing rate quotes and enrolling eligible consumers telephonically. Responsible for upselling and/or cross-selling products, providing guidance on insurance coverage, selling policies, and conducting appropriate follow-up calls. Education: High School Diploma (required) Certification: Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire. Experience: 1 year of prior sales experience (required) We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.65 - $30.78 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
