Contact Center Trainer

About Us

VUKA MONEY (PTY) LTD is a fintech company registered in South Africa and part of an international fintech group with more than five years of experience in the online lending industry.

As we launch our microfinance business in South Africa, we are building our customer operations and collections teams from the ground up and are looking for a Contact Center Trainer to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to help build training processes from scratch, support employee development, and contribute to the growth of a fast-growing international fintech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in English
• Onboard and support new employees
• Create and update training materials, scripts, guides, and knowledge bases
• Coach team members and provide ongoing feedback
• Monitor training effectiveness and identify development opportunities
• Support employee performance improvement initiatives
• Work closely with management to improve team performance and operational processes

Requirements

• English level C1 or higher
• Good command of Ukrainian (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain information clearly and engage people
• Comfortable working remotely
• Experience in customer service, sales, support, contact center operations, training, coaching, mentoring, fintech, banking, BPO, or similar environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Contact Center environment
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Support, Retention, or Collections
• Experience training customer service, sales, collections, or operational teams
• Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or BPO
• Experience creating training programs from scratch

Career Opportunity

We are looking for candidates interested in developing a career as a Contact Center Trainer.

Previous trainer experience is not required. If you have excellent English communication skills, experience working with people, and a willingness to learn, we are ready to invest in your development.

We offer a paid one-month onboarding and training program, where you will learn our products, processes, tools, and training methodologies while working alongside an experienced international team.

Candidates with relevant collections experience may also be considered for a Collections Trainer position.
