Content Analyst - US Only

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly JOB SUMMARY Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a detail-oriented Content Analyst in the US. You will monitor and address missing invoices, working with vendors to ensure all invoices are addressed in preparation for go-live. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and escalations regarding media type, media delivery, missing media. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES Load invoices per client requirements Work with invoice acquisition tool to move invoice feeds from test to production Manage and triage client and vendor communications during the onboarding process Set up client communication Establish electronic data feeds Help build the customers Mobile inventory Help build the customers inventory of Voice and Data circuits EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience preferred. EXPERIENCE Experience in the following fields is a plus: expense management, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, mobility SKILLS Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail Agility to fast paced environment Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Intermediate Excel skills required COMPETENCIES Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills Lead by example by maintaining strong ethics, values, trust and integrity High emotional intelligence and critical/forward thinking Action oriented, results driven, and ensures accountability Customer Focused Quality decision making Analytical skills Organizational skills and planning/priority setting Excellent ability to work collaboratively and confidentially with all levels in the organization The hourly wage range for this role is $20-$22 an hour.
