Content Creator — Full-Time

Cebu City-based, full-time, fully remote. This role requires full dedication to Hello Brew Studios tasks during working hours.

We’re looking for:

- Someone confident and comfortable in front of the camera, with a strong personal aesthetic and styling eye — and who loves being out at events.

- Team player with strong communication skills

- Responsible, accountable, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

- Proactive and creative, brings new ideas to the table, not just executes

- Organized and consistent with internal workflows

Responsibilities:

- Capture and edit photos/videos for brands

- Cover events and behind-the-scenes moments

- Create reels, stories, and other short-form content

- Develop monthly content ideas for brands

- Work closely with the social media manager to keep content on-brand

Skills & Values:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions

- Skilled in photography, videography, and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere or After Effects)

- Familiar with layout principles, font pairing, and on-screen text placement

- Experienced in creating reels and short-form video content

- Knowledgeable about current social media trends and platform best practices

- Basic copywriting and digital marketing knowledge

- Adaptable to different shoot environments — from live event coverage to casual lifestyle shoots

- Committed to producing high-quality, brand-aligned content
