Search Location: Latin America│South Africa

Salary: Up to $2500 USD per month

About The Client

You’ll be considered for an opportunity with one of two growing technology companies, depending on your professional background, content experience, and subject-matter exposure.

One company operates in the sales performance space, developing technology designed to help high-ticket sales representatives and sales teams improve performance by identifying, capturing, and replicating the systems, behaviors, and strategies used by top-performing salespeople. Its platform helps sales organizations strengthen execution, improve individual rep performance, and create more consistent revenue outcomes.

The other company operates in the career technology space, providing tools and resources that help job seekers navigate the hiring process more effectively. Its platform supports key stages of the job search, including resume building, interview preparation, job applications, and career development.

For both companies, digital content plays an important role in educating audiences, building brand awareness, communicating product value, and establishing credibility within their respective markets.

Depending on your background, you may be considered for one or both opportunities.

About The Role

As a Content Creator, you’ll become a key face and voice behind the digital content of the brand you support.

You’ll be a strong fit if you’re highly confident on camera, communicate exceptionally well in English, and know how to take specialized topics and turn them into content that feels engaging, credible, conversational, and easy to understand.

Depending on your experience and subject-matter background, you may create content around one or both of the following areas:

  • Sales, business, SaaS, entrepreneurship, coaching, high-ticket products, and B2B/B2C commercial topics
  • Careers, recruiting, HR, education, professional development, SaaS, resumes, interviews, hiring, and job searching

You do not need to be an expert in both areas. You may have much stronger experience in one category, or you may already have meaningful exposure to both.

You’ll spend approximately 3-4 hours each working day specifically on content creation, including preparation, recording, and production-related activities.

During the remainder of your working day, you’ll support research, ideation, scripting, content planning, coordination, performance review, and other activities required to maintain a consistent content-production pipeline.

A major part of your role will involve presenting scripted and semi-scripted material on camera. You should therefore be comfortable using a teleprompter while maintaining natural eye contact, confidence, energy, personality, and a conversational delivery style.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re energetic, charismatic, creative, highly coachable, and capable of producing multiple pieces of content consistently without losing enthusiasm, authenticity, or professionalism throughout your recording sessions.

Role Responsibilities

On-Camera Content Creation

  • Serve as a recognizable and credible on-camera presence for the brand.
  • Record engaging short-form video and other digital content.
  • Deliver scripted and semi-scripted material naturally, confidently, and conversationally.
  • Use a teleprompter while maintaining strong eye contact, energy, authenticity, and audience engagement.
  • Record multiple pieces of content efficiently during dedicated daily production blocks.
  • Adjust tone, pacing, messaging, and presentation style based on the topic, platform, audience, and content objective.
  • Maintain strong energy and enthusiasm across multiple takes and recording sessions.
  • Develop a recognizable on-camera presence that aligns with the brand being represented.
  • Make prepared material feel natural and engaging rather than overly rehearsed or scripted.

Content Production

  • Spend approximately 3-4 hours per working day preparing, recording, and producing content.
  • Prepare for recording sessions by reviewing scripts, talking points, topics, hooks, and supporting information.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing stakeholders on scripts, messaging, concepts, hooks, and creative angles.
  • Turn specialized or complex subjects into concise, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
  • Create short-form video and other digital content as needed.
  • Produce different versions of content when testing hooks, messaging approaches, formats, or delivery styles.
  • Help maintain an organized content pipeline that supports consistent publishing.
  • Work toward agreed production targets, timelines, content calendars, and deadlines.
  • Review content performance and apply relevant learnings to future content.

Content Ideation & Creative Development

  • Contribute original ideas based on the brand’s audience, positioning, product, and content objectives.
  • Identify compelling ways to communicate specialized industry topics.
  • Simplify complicated, technical, intimidating, or unfamiliar concepts for the intended audience.
  • Develop attention-grabbing hooks, opening lines, messaging angles, and storytelling approaches.
  • Bring personality, energy, and creativity to existing scripts and concepts.
  • Identify opportunities to turn one topic or idea into multiple pieces of content.
  • Stay informed about relevant social-media trends, formats, presentation styles, and content best practices.
  • Recommend ways to improve content structure, pacing, messaging, presentation, and delivery based on audience response.
  • Contribute to scripts, talking points, creative concepts, and content planning rather than simply executing prepared scripts.

Collaboration & Content Operations

  • Work closely with company leadership and marketing stakeholders to understand content priorities, messaging objectives, and audience needs.
  • Take direction on brand positioning while bringing creativity and personality to the execution.
  • Maintain an organized production schedule and content workflow.
  • Communicate proactively when additional scripts, information, resources, or clarification are needed.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, presentation, and brand positioning across all content.
  • Work independently during production while collaborating closely with the team during planning and creative development.
  • Manage multiple content priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Receive feedback regularly and adapt delivery, messaging, or creative direction quickly when needed.

  • Your reliability in maintaining content calendars, production schedules, and deadlines
  • Your contribution of new content ideas and creative concepts
  • Your ability to respond to feedback and continuously improve your delivery and execution

You’ll Be a Strong Fit If

You’re a high-energy, camera-confident Content Creator who can take a specialized topic or prepared script and turn it into content people actually want to watch.

You’re comfortable spending several hours each day preparing and recording content while maintaining the same level of enthusiasm, personality, credibility, and professionalism across multiple takes and production sessions.

You know how to use a teleprompter without looking or sounding like you’re simply reading. Instead, you can turn prepared material into a natural conversation through strong pacing, tone, eye contact, storytelling, and personality.

You’re also more than an on-camera presenter. You understand what makes digital content compelling, enjoy contributing ideas and creative angles, are comfortable experimenting with different approaches, and are curious enough to learn the terminology, audience challenges, and subject matter of the brand you represent.

You may bring stronger experience in sales and commercial content, stronger experience in careers and recruiting content, or meaningful exposure to both.

What matters most is your ability to communicate credibly, learn quickly, maintain strong on-camera energy, and consistently turn specialized subjects into engaging digital content.
