That's where Endeavor steps in, providing the ultimate support system and resources to overcome challenges. 🌟Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Shoot and produce photo and video content that captures Greek innovation, Endeavor Greece, and our founders in Greece and in many events that we do abroad In bigger projects be the creative director and lead the partners who will be executing the concept Lead visually compelling campaigns from idea to execution Track trends and platform shifts to keep our visual presence sharp and current Build and continuously refine our presence across all channels with focus on Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin and possibly tiktok Build automations for reporting Digital Ads & Email Marketing overseeing Oversee and be responsible for the outcome of our agency collaboration on digital ads campaigns and newsletter production Build automations for reporting Website Management Take charge of maintaining and updating Endeavor Greece's website, ensuring it reflects the dynamic spirit of our organization in collaboration with our copywriter Lead the visual redesign of the website with our digital agencies Stakeholder Management Communicate with our Innovation Partnerships, running their content strategy and the partnership from a marketing perspective. Implement stakeholder mapping strategies, connecting the dots and finding new opportunities that make our network thrive. 🌟 Qualifications: Your Passport to Success Soft skills Thirsty for new experiences and to travel and see the world Highly motivated, creative, and organized Strong over and above and ownership mentality Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team and bring great energy in the room Love for storytelling A strong interest in entrepreneurship and innovation 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced and agile environment.
