Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $1200-$1400 USD

Higher Options is looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who is highly focused on content creation, social media management, and video editing for clients in the US.

This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and hands-on, who can create engaging content, manage social media platforms, edit short-form videos, and keep a consistent content pipeline moving.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish high-quality social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
• Edit short-form videos for reels, TikToks, stories, ads, and social media campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and keeping platforms active and organized.
• Build and maintain a consistent content calendar and social media pipeline.
• Write strong captions, hooks, scripts, and post copy in English and Spanish.
• Identify trends, content formats, and creative ideas that can be adapted to each brand.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and internal teams to deliver content on time.
• Review basic performance metrics and suggest improvements for future content.
• Support broader marketing efforts such as campaigns, strategy, paid media, email, and content planning when needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and/or digital marketing.
• Strong experience creating social media content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Solid video editing skills, especially for short-form content such as reels, TikToks, stories, and ads.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to create captions, hooks, scripts, visual ideas, and content concepts.
• Experience managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and keeping a consistent posting rhythm.
• Strong eye for design, trends, storytelling, and social media formats.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple content pieces at the same time.
• Basic understanding of social media strategy, campaigns, analytics, paid media, and audience engagement.
• Nice to have: experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Job Terms:

Full-Time Position: 40 hours/week
