Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager supports a skincare, perfume, and lifestyle brand based in Ibadan, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging photo, video, and written content across social media platforms, the brand’s website, and other digital channels. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing an online community aligned with the brand’s identity. The Content Creator & Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaign concepts, support product launches, and ensure brand consistency in all communication. The role also requires tracking content performance, analyzing metrics, and recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic photography or videography for skincare, perfume, and lifestyle topics.
• Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X ), including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media trends, and influencer or community-building strategies.
• Ability to research audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content and campaigns.
• Basic skills in graphic design or use of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, capcut or similar platforms) are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to brand tone, clarity, and accuracy.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, or lifestyle content is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
