Through multiple digital platforms, the client helps individuals, couples, and families strengthen their faith, relationships, and personal growth. As the brand continues to expand, the client is seeking creative support to transform existing content into engaging digital assets that increase audience engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support future business growth initiatives. About the Role: The client is seeking a highly creative Content Creator & Video Editor to transform long form teachings, podcasts, webinars, and recorded sessions into compelling short form content for social media platforms. This role requires someone who can go beyond basic editing by identifying impactful moments, understanding audience psychology, and creating content that aligns with the client’s established framework for viral engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn the client’s unique content style while contributing fresh ideas, creative concepts, and behind the scenes storytelling opportunities that help strengthen audience connection and brand growth. Key Responsibilities Content Editing & Production Review long form video content including teachings, podcasts, webinars, and recorded sessions Identify high impact moments and convert them into engaging short form content Edit reels, shorts, clips, and promotional videos optimized for multiple social media platforms Apply captions, graphics, transitions, visual enhancements, and storytelling techniques to improve engagement Produce multiple content variations to test audience response and maximize performance Content Strategy & Creative Development Learn and implement the client’s proprietary content framework and creative guidelines Develop creative concepts that align with the client’s mission, voice, and audience Recommend new content opportunities, themes, and formats based on industry trends and platform performance Suggest behind the scenes, lifestyle, family, relationship, and day to day content opportunities that strengthen audience connection Collaborate with the client to continuously refine content strategy and improve performance Brand Alignment & Quality Control Ensure all content reflects the client’s values, messaging, and brand identity Organize content libraries and maintain efficient content workflows Submit content for review and approval before publication Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately to improve future deliverables Maintain consistency across multiple personal and business brands managed by the client Performance & Collaboration Participate in regular team meetings and creative planning sessions Communicate progress, priorities, and project updates effectively Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement Support upcoming launches, webinars, conferences, retreats, and other promotional initiatives through strategic content creation Qualifications & Skills Must Have Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, or similar role Strong portfolio showcasing short form video content with high engagement potential Advanced proficiency with professional video editing software Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, TikTok, or similar platforms Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance Ability to review long form content and independently identify compelling clips Excellent English communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Experience supporting personal brands, coaches, educators, speakers, influencers, or faith based organizations Familiarity with content marketing, audience growth strategies, and lead generation concepts Experience working with podcast content and long form educational videos Knowledge of AI assisted editing tools while maintaining strong manual editing capabilities Experience developing content calendars or contributing to content strategy discussions Familiarity with ManyChat, marketing automation tools, or digital marketing workflows Personality Traits Highly creative and naturally curious Open minded and eager to learn new frameworks and approaches Proactive in suggesting ideas and identifying opportunities Detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality Collaborative and receptive to feedback Self motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision Passionate about storytelling and audience engagement Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment Ready to Make an Impact? 🚀 Apply today and take the next step in your career!
