About the Role

We are looking for a (Junior) YouTube Host / Content Creator to help grow GON’s public presence.

This is not a routine role. You will be highly visible, shaping our brand across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Substack, and promoting our products and ideas to a broad audience. We value initiative and creativity—if we believe an idea is strong, we act on it.

What You’ll Do

As a YouTube Host, you will work closely with the director and team to represent GON and engage our audience. Your core responsibilities include:

• Hosting and presenting educational content on YouTube in an engaging and approachable way
• Creating and supporting social media content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Substack
• Growing and managing our audience on YouTube and other platforms
• Developing and executing content initiatives to boost visibility and engagement
• Analysing audience and platform data to inform content strategy and improvement

Who We’re Looking For

We value innovative thinkers with a drive to achieve results, specifically:

• Strong verbal communication skills (at least B2 level in English, with motivation to improve)
• Entrepreneurial attitude and personal growth mindset
• Interest in educational content and curiosity to ask insightful questions
