We are seeking a talented, passionate Content Engineer focused on Enterprise Networking and Collaboration technologies. This individual will create engaging, accurate, and technically relevant learning experiences for customers, partners, and learners worldwide. Develop engaging technical learning content, including: Digital and self-paced learning modules Instructor-led presentations, guides, and participant materials Blog posts, tutorials, technical articles, and documentation Hands-on educational labs, exercises, and real-world scenarios Technical demonstrations and video-based learning content Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy, relevance, and instructional quality. Translate complex networking and collaboration technologies into clear, accessible language for beginner , intermediate, and advanced audiences. Design engaging and interactive lab and scenario-based learning experiences focused on enterprise routing, switching, network services, voice, and collaboration deployments. Apply adult-learning and instructional-design principles to ensure content supports defined learning objectives. Proofread and edit technical materials for accuracy, clarity, grammar, consistency, and adherence to content standards. Stay current with enterprise networking, wireless, data center, security, voice, collaboration, cloud connectivity, and emerging technologies. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
