Key Responsibilities Audience Growth & Engagement Drive measurable growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Develop platform‑specific strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Content Strategy & Ideation Generate creative content ideas, viral hooks, and storytelling formats. Align content with brand positioning and audience insights. Workflow & Team Coordination Manage and coordinate freelance editors and content creators. Establish repeatable systems for content production, editing, and distribution. Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of content. Performance & Optimization Track KPIs across platforms and optimize based on analytics. Experiment with growth tactics and emerging trends. Excellent English proficiency ensuring global communication quality. Strong cultural alignment with Western audiences.
