Soft Does is an IT company whose services are used by businesses across the US. We are actively scaling our organic presence and content marketing setup: hundreds of SEO-optimized service pages are already live, and we are expanding into new technology pages and blogs.
In this role, you will act as a core content specialist, combining hands-on content creation with task coordination and mentoring support for team members. You will work in close collaboration with the CEO and the SEO lead.
About the Role
Your primary goal will be creating and editing content, coordinating processes, and supporting the team. The main focus is hands-on SEO content creation for the US market, combined with day-to-day team coordination and mentoring.

About the Role

What You'll Do
- Content Creation & Optimization: Write, edit, and optimize SEO texts using Surfer SEO, Gemini, and ChatGPT (deep rewriting, removing cliches, adapting drafts to our structure).
- CMS Work: Publish and format pages in CMS (WordPress/Shopify) using ready-made templates with high attention to detail.
- Coordination & Mentoring: Help colleagues with daily tasks, support onboarding, and share editorial quality standards.
- Keyword Work: Select and analyze keywords to optimize pages for both Google and AI search.
- Process Enhancement: Manage your own task flow independently, track performance metrics, and improve content creation speed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year of hands-on content creation and editing experience, supported by relevant work samples. Strong organizational and communication skills, with an interest in mentoring and team coordination. Previous leadership experience is a plus.
- US Market Focus: Experience creating B2B/IT content tailored specifically for the US market.
- SEO & AI Skills: Practical experience with SEO content optimization, keyword research, CMS publishing, and AI-assisted writing. Ability to fact-check, rewrite, and improve AI-generated drafts. Experience with Surfer SEO or similar tools is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher — required for direct writing, thorough editorial control, and professional communication.
- Independence & Results: High self-organization, ability to manage your task flow independently, and a result-oriented approach without micro-management.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality, formatting, and structural accuracy across large volumes of web pages.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or handling social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for IT or B2B brands.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and web analytics tools.
- Background in IT services, agency environments, or tech companies.
