Associate Level

Location: Remote, Colombia

Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry, Technology or digital media is preferred

Language: Native or near-native written Spanish, plus strong written English (Portuguese is a plus)

Role

We’re looking for a content-first generalist marketer to own how SleekFlow shows up in Spanish across Latin America. Most of your week goes to producing content that pulls LATAM audiences in and converts them: blogs, landing pages, social, scripts, campaign copy. But you won’t be boxed into one lane. As we scale the region, you may flex into whatever moves the number that month, whether that is a launch campaign, a social push, localisation, or sales enablement.

You’ll work closely with our LATAM and HQ marketers, so you need to be as comfortable running your own projects end-to-end as you are plugging into someone else's. If you write sharp Spanish, love storytelling and building relationships, treat AI as a genuine force multiplier rather than a novelty, and get bored the moment work starts to feel like a template, this one’s for you!

Key responsibilities

• Own the Spanish content engine for LATAM: research, write, translate, edit, and optimise across formats (blog articles, landing pages, website copy, ad and campaign materials, video scripts, social posts, e-books) so everything lands in local voice, not translated-from-English voice.
• Adapt and localise, don't just translate. Take global assets and rework them so they read like they were written for the region, and flag where LATAM needs its own angle entirely.
• Flex across the marketing mix as the region demands: support paid and organic campaigns, social, community, PR and comms, and sales enablement when that is where the impact is.
• Partner closely with the LATAM marketing team and the SEO team on keyword research, on-page SEO, and AEO/GEO best practice, applying EEAT fundamentals so our content earns trust and gets picked up by both search engines and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
• Grow SleekFlow's presence and brand mentions across LATAM: draft press releases and contributed articles, support regional PR and media relationships, and earn the mentions and citations that build authority off-page and get us surfaced in AI answers.
• Build your output on AI systems. Use tools like Claude to scale drafting, research, and repurposing so your time goes to the parts that can't be automated: judgment, local nuance, and original angles.
• Learn SleekFlow’s product deeply and turn technical capabilities into customer-centric stories that resonate with LATAM buyers.
• Track what works (organic traffic, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution) and double down, ship on a consistent rhythm without letting quality slip.

What we're looking for in you

Content-first generalist who ships

You have a few years of content or marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech, with a portfolio of work that performed. You spike in content but have shipped across other channels and can iterate based on results rather than waiting for perfect information.

Native Spanish storyteller

You write fluent, natural Spanish and can adapt tone for different LATAM audiences and formats. You have a strong command of grammar and nuance, and strong written English for working across a global team.

AI-powered operator

AI is already how you work, not a box you tick. You have used tools like Claude or similar to build workflows, scale content, or move faster, and you treat them as a creative partner.

Search, comms, and EEAT fundamentals

You have SEO, AEO, and EEAT fundamentals down: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and structuring content so it earns trust and gets cited by AI answer engines. Experience drafting press releases or earning brand mentions and media coverage is a strong plus.

Collaborative and self-directed

You can run a project solo from brief to publish, and you can slot into the LATAM team's work without friction. You manage your own time well in a fast-moving, remote-friendly setup.

Nice to haves

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, languages, or equivalent experience
• Experience in conversational AI, messaging, or social commerce
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Ahrefs or Semrush, and a modern CMS
• Portuguese or an additional language
