The Content Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of scaled marketing programs for a portfolio of monetization products and solutions. This role is responsible for creating and delivering customer-facing content across multiple digital channels, including email, web, in-product messaging, digital advertising, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Working closely with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Design, Analytics, and Product teams, this individual will drive high-volume campaign execution while ensuring messaging is clear, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.
This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and moving work from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer-facing content for scaled marketing programs across email, web, landing pages, in-product notifications, and digital advertising.
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Write, edit, and optimize marketing copy tailored to specific customer segments and product experiences.
- Create personalized customer communications and content experiences that drive engagement and adoption.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Design, Analytics, and Product teams to execute campaigns and content initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and approvals to ensure on-time execution.
- Collaborate with senior marketing stakeholders to support content strategies and campaign development.
- Manage a high volume of marketing deliverables while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Ensure cohesive messaging and customer experiences across multiple touchpoints and channels.
- Utilize customer insights and campaign performance data to recommend content optimizations.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and build alignment across multiple teams supporting technology products and services.

This role is well-suited for someone with a blend of content marketing, social media marketing, and campaign execution experience. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to create content, write copy, coordinate stakeholders, and execute marketing campaigns from concept through launch across multiple channels.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
