Content Marketing Manager (Remote — Nigeria)
Content Nook Studio is a boutique podcast, video, and content production studio. We help entrepreneurs, creators, coaches, and service businesses make content that actually looks and feels premium — through studio rentals and full-service production.
We're small, we move fast, and we care a lot about craft. Now we're looking for a proactive Content Marketing Manager to help the right people find us, fall in love with the studio, and book. You'll work directly with our founder, an experienced marketing strategist who has built campaigns for global brands, startups, and service-based businesses — so you'll get real hands-on exposure across content strategy, social, email, paid ads, AI, and growth.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be making the marketing, not just planning it — so we're looking for someone who's happy to both think and do.
The Details
- Location: Remote (Nigeria)
- Type: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week)
- Contract: Initial 2-month contract, with the opportunity to extend based on performance
- Compensation: ₦350,000–₦400,000/month (depending on experience)
- Reports to: Founder
- Start date: As soon as we find the right fit
- Meetings: Weekly virtual team meeting on US Eastern Time. You're in Nigeria (WAT), so a late-morning ET meeting lands comfortably in your afternoon — the overlap is very workable.
What You'll OwnSocial Media Management (your primary focus)
You'll take the lead on our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (including helping establish and grow the TikTok account). That means:
- Building and running a monthly content calendar
- Researching trends and industry insights worth acting on
- Developing content ideas that drive engagement and bookings
- Writing Reel scripts and content briefs
- Creating carousel posts in Canva
- Editing short-form video (Reels/TikToks)
- Scheduling, publishing, and reporting on what's working
Direct Outreach & Community Growth
Marketing doesn't stop at posting. You'll help grow the studio through proactive outreach:
- Managing Instagram and Facebook DMs
- Setting up and maintaining DM automations
- Spotting creators and businesses who'd be a great fit for the studio
- Personalized outreach ("digital door knocking")
- Following up on inbound inquiries to lift conversions
Email Marketing (support)
- Building nurture sequences
- Managing campaigns and newsletters
- Segmenting audiences
- Tracking performance
Paid Advertising (support)
- Assisting with Meta ad setup and optimization
- Testing new creative
- Reporting on results
AI-Driven Marketing
AI is core to how we work. You'll use tools like ChatGPT and Claude daily for research, copywriting, brainstorming, campaign planning, content ideation, and workflow automation.

Required Skills

You'll need:
- A reliable laptop
- High-speed internet
- Your own professional video editing software (CapCut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
Bonus points for experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, ManyChat (or other DM automation platforms), Google Business Profile, or content marketing for creators, podcasts, and service businesses.
What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)
- A consistent, sustainable posting rhythm across our core platforms
- Our TikTok account launched and posting regularly
- A first email nurture sequence live
- A noticeable lift in engagement from sharper, more strategic content
- A steady outreach habit that's feeding real inbound conversations
- Fresh ideas that actually move the needle on studio bookings
