• Support content-quality checks and routine review processes
• Keep accurate records of moderation actions and outcomes
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to help maintain a safe and professional online environment

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines
• Good judgement and ability to make consistent decisions
• Comfortable reviewing digital and user-generated content
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Confident using online platforms, digital tools, and internal systems
• Ability to work independently and remain focused in a fully remote environment
• Previous moderation, customer service, administration, research, or digital-content experience is beneficial but not required
