Content & Organic Growth Manager

Brands: GetScanned and CoreVitals

Location: Remote, worldwide. You'll need to work UK working hours.

Reports to: CRO

Build the content engine behind two category-defining health brands

We're looking for a rare kind of content marketer: part writer, part SEO operator and part conversion copywriter.

You'll take complex health topics and turn them into articles people trust, answers AI search engines cite, and emails that turn interest into booked scans. You'll own ideas from first brief to final publication, and you'll be measured on whether they drive bookings.

You'll use AI daily. The point is not to produce more generic content. It's to research faster, think more broadly and build smarter workflows, so you can create outstanding work at a pace traditional content teams cannot match.

The role

You'll own written content and nurture email across GetScanned and CoreVitals. In a given week, you might:

  • write an in-depth article
  • refresh a page that's slipping in search
  • build a nurture sequence in Klaviyo
  • run an AI-assisted editorial workflow
  • brief one of our clinical team on video content that’s required and work with the design team to edit it

You won't simply fill a content calendar. You'll decide which ideas deserve to exist, find the most effective way to express them and take responsibility for their performance.

What you'll ownEditorial content and organic growth

  • Execute the content strategy for both brands, working with our SEO/AEO agency on architecture and priorities.
  • Research, write and edit authoritative long-form articles on medical imaging, preventative health and related topics.
  • Identify opportunities through search demand, customer questions, competitor research and emerging conversations.
  • Create content that performs across traditional search and AI-powered discovery: SEO, AEO and GEO.
  • Refresh existing articles to improve accuracy, usefulness and organic performance.
  • Work with clinicians and subject-matter experts so our health content is credible, responsible and accurate.

Nurture email and conversion

  • Write and build nurture sequences in Klaviyo, working with our retention lead and creative strategist. These include:
  • paid lead nurture
  • abandoned bookings
  • education sequences
  • Test subject lines, content and calls to action, and improve against clicks and bookings.
  • Connect content and email: articles feed nurture sequences, and email insight shapes what we write next.
  • Improve how content pages convert, through calls to action, internal linking and clear routes to booking.

AI-powered content systems

  • Build prompting and research workflows for ideation, briefing, drafting, editing, repurposing and optimisation.
  • Create reusable systems that produce more high-quality content in less time, without diluting originality, accuracy or brand voice.
  • Verify sources, claims and citations rigorously. Health information demands a higher editorial standard.

Authority and repurposing

  • Source PR firms to work with and supply them with expert content, data and resources they can pitch to build authority and backlinks.
  • Repurpose strong articles into short-form social formats with our design team.

What success looks like

Within your first 6-12 months, you will have:

  • Grown nurture email clicks and bookings from email.
  • Increased organic bookings and our visibility across search and AI platforms.
  • Built an efficient, documented AI-assisted content and email workflow.
  • Published a consistent stream of genuinely useful, accurate content across both brands.
  • Developed a clear understanding of which topics and emails generate commercial value.

About you

  • You're an exceptional writer who can make complicated subjects clear, precise and interesting for a UK audience, in UK English.
  • You understand SEO fundamentals and have a working view of how AI search chooses its sources.
  • You've written emails that convert, and ideally you've built them in Klaviyo or a similar tool.
  • You can show how AI has improved the quality or speed of your work.
  • You care deeply about accuracy, and you're comfortable working through clinical and advertising-standards review.
  • You combine strong creative instincts with a willingness to study performance data.

You don't need to have done every part of this role before. We care more about the quality of your thinking, the standard of your work and how quickly you learn. We'll expect to see proof of work.

How you work

  • High agency: You find a route forward and take responsibility for the outcome.
  • Intellectually curious: You enjoy becoming knowledgeable about unfamiliar and complicated subjects.
  • Creatively ambitious: You want to make work that stands out, not simply fill a calendar.
  • Commercially minded: You connect content activity to attention, authority, demand and growth.
  • Fast but exacting: You move quickly without becoming careless.
  • Resourceful: You can create excellent work without requiring a large team or perfect conditions.
  • Coachable: You seek direct feedback and use it to improve.
  • Reliable: You communicate clearly, manage the details and finish what you start.

How to apply

Please send us:

  • Submit your LinkedIn profile and CV for this role (you can use easy apply).
  • Via email, please send the following:
  • Three examples of work you're proud of, including at least one email or sequence.
  • One example of how you've used AI to improve a content or marketing workflow.
  • A short answer to this question: what is one content opportunity you think CoreVitals is currently overlooking?
