About The Role
Finanshels is hiring a bilingual Content Writer to own all content on the Finanshels website and to shape how Finanshels shows up in search, in AI answers, on social media, and in the channels where UAE founders make decisions, in both Arabic and English.
You will work alongside our current content writer to grow the content engine, and you will lead our Arabic content.
This is not a traditional writing role. You will use an AI-assisted content pipeline to move from research to a published, expert-reviewed piece at high speed.
You will also write the parts that AI cannot write well: clear, accurate, plain-language explanations of VAT, Corporate Tax, e-invoicing and compliance that founders trust and act on, plus thought-leadership content in our CEO’s voice.
You will work closely with our current content writer, the SEO/GEO/AEO Growth Marketer, the Performance Growth Marketer, and Finanshels’ accountants and tax experts, who make sure every claim is correct.

We Use Claude To Orchestrate The Workflow. Equivalent Tools Such As AirOps Are Welcome. Each Step Has a Clear Output, And a Human Keeps Final Control
First 30 days: Audit all website content and the Arabic content gap, learn the Finanshels services and the CEO’s voice, agree a working split with our current content writer, and publish the first batch of expert-reviewed Arabic and English content.
First 90 days: Refresh priority website pages, run a live bilingual content calendar, publish consistent CEO and social content every week, show early movement in rankings and AI citations, and deliver at least one webinar end to end.
Who You Are
You take ownership and move without micromanagement. You have high standards and can translate any financial term into plain Arabic and English. You are as comfortable in a keyword tool and an AI workflow as you are with a blank page. You can switch easily between a service page, a 3,000-word tax guide, a LinkedIn post in the CEO’s voice and a webinar script. You care that content is accurate, useful and compliant, not just that it ranks. And you are excited to build systems that let a small team achieve far more than its size.

What You Will Own
- Website content. Own all content across the Finanshels and HalaTax websites in Arabic and English: homepage, service pages, landing pages, pricing and FAQ pages, case studies, blog articles, guides and resource pages. Keep every page accurate, on-brand, SEO-optimised and up to date as services, prices and UAE regulations change.
- The content engine. Build and operate the AI-agent pipeline that plans, drafts, validates, humanises, and publishes content end to end — and keep raising its quality and output.
- SEO, GEO and AEO outcomes. Grow organic traffic, keyword rankings, and — just as important — how often Finanshels is cited in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) for UAE finance and tax queries.
- The editorial calendar. Plan and execute an ICP-focused content calendar at high velocity across articles, guides, e-books, reports, press releases, and social.
- Long-form authority content. Produce accurate, plain-English content on accounting, VAT, corporate tax, audit, AML, and compliance that founders actually trust and act on.
- CEO ghostwriting. Write LinkedIn posts, articles, op-eds and thought-leadership pieces in the CEO’s voice, in Arabic and English, that build his profile as a trusted voice for UAE founders.
- Social media content. Write daily social copy for LinkedIn, Instagram and X in Arabic and English: posts, carousels, captions and short video scripts that drive engagement and enquiries.
- Repurposing and distribution. Turn every pillar piece into social copy, newsletters, and short-form assets using tools like Surfer SEO — one input, many outputs.
- Webinars and events. Build the webinar and event calendar; create decks and talking points; host sessions when required. Write all event and webinar content: invitations, landing page copy, speaker scripts, follow-up emails and post-event recaps.
- Publishing and craft. Publish clean, on-brand pages in Webflow (and WordPress / React where needed) and produce basic supporting design in Canva and Adobe / AI tools.

- Topic discovery (Ahrefs, Frase, Claude): shortlist high-value topics for UAE founders, in Arabic and English.
- Content brief (Frase, Surfer): turn each topic into a structured, SEO-ready brief.
- First draft (Claude): produce a full long-form draft from the brief.
- Quality check (Originality.ai): check for plagiarism and originality.
- Expert edit and review (you and Finanshels tax experts): make each piece accurate, on-brand and natural in each language.
- Publish and repurpose (Webflow, Canva): put the page live and create social, email and video assets from it.
- Native or fully fluent written Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), with published Arabic content you can share.
- Excellent written English.
- 3–5 years writing long-form SEO content for websites, including service pages, landing pages, blog articles, guides and FAQs, with examples that rank.
- A working understanding of accounting, tax and compliance. A finance, accounting or journalism background is preferred.
- Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives, and writing social media content with results you can show.
- Proven daily use of AI in a real content workflow, from research and briefs to drafting and optimisation. You should be able to walk us through the system you use and the results it produced.
- Strong editorial judgement. You can take a rough AI draft and turn it into accurate, original, expert-level writing in plain language.
- Working knowledge of SEO and AI-answer optimisation, including Arabic SEO.
- Experience with SEO and content tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush, Surfer or Frase, and Google Search Console.
- Experience publishing in a CMS (Webflow preferred).
- Experience writing for fintech, accounting, tax, legal or B2B SaaS brands.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and e-invoicing rules.
- Familiarity with Gulf Arabic tone for social and short-form content.
- Experience building multi-step AI content workflows with Claude, AirOps or similar tools.
- Experience planning or hosting webinars and events.
- Arabic or English finance content that ranks on Google or is cited in AI answers.
- Website content quality: all pages up to date, accurate and converting visitors into booked consultations.
- Content output: Arabic and English pieces published per month at a consistent quality level.
- Accuracy: zero factual or compliance errors in published content.
- Rankings, organic traffic and AI-answer citations for priority queries, in both languages.
- Growth in engagement and followers on the CEO’s and Finanshels’ social channels.
- Webinar and event sign-ups and attendance.
- Leads and booked consultations generated from content.
