Content Writer for a Consulting Company in Canada (Home Based Part Time)

Client Information The Company Operates both a therapy practice and coaching business, with coaching being the larger side. Strong personal brand with a large Instagram audience. Therapy side requires strict confidentiality and professional communication. Job Description About the Role We're looking for a talented Content Writer to support a growing therapy and coaching business. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing engaging, authentic content and can confidently adapt to an established brand voice, while also providing light administrative support where needed. • Write engaging Instagram carousel posts that reflect your brand voice. • Draft email newsletters and other written communications. • Create authentic social media content that feels natural and avoids generic or AI-style writing. • Assist with longer-form content, including Substack articles, as the role grows. • Provide light administrative support, including maintaining Airtable workflows, managing the Circle community and assisting with general business tasks. • Communicate proactively while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Must Haves • Exceptional written English. • Proven content writing or copywriting experience. • Ability to adapt to an established brand voice. • Creative, organised and proactive. • Comfortable learning new systems and technology. • Experience with social media content creation is highly regarded.
