Content Writer (Metro Manila, Philippines)

Boatbookings is a global yacht charter company specializing in luxury yacht charters across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and destinations worldwide.

We're looking for a content writer with at least 3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, event management, luxury retail, or a similar customer-focused industry. You'll be a fast, detail-oriented writer who thrives in a remote work environment, is comfortable using an iMac/Apple ecosystem, and has hands-on experience with Mailchimp.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Charter Brokers, you will support Boatbookings' organic growth through SEO-focused content while helping strengthen customer relationships through targeted email marketing and newsletter campaigns.

• A skilled writer with at least 3 years' experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, event management, luxury retail, or a similar customer-focused industry.
• Fast, organized, and highly accurate, with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment using an iMac and Apple ecosystem.
• Confident using Mailchimp and happy creating newsletters and email campaigns.
• Passionate about travel, storytelling, and creating beautifully written content.

• Review, update, and enhance our destination guides, itineraries, hotels, beach clubs, events, and travel content, bringing every destination to life through engaging storytelling - this will need your dedicated attention and love.
• Create and edit content for yacht shows, travel news, seasonal campaigns, destination updates, and website pages while ensuring everything is accurate, inspiring, and beautifully written.
• Work closely with our Charter Brokers to transform their destination knowledge, itineraries, and local recommendations into exceptional content.

• Add new yachts to the website while reviewing, updating, and maintaining existing listings to ensure they remain accurate, engaging, and beautifully presented.
• Produce high-quality yacht descriptions while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a fast turnaround.

• Create and schedule newsletters using Mailchimp, helping us stay connected with clients through engaging stories, destination inspiration, and special offers.
• Support customer retention campaigns and help us continuously improve how we communicate with our clients.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• A genuine passion for travel, hospitality, and storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
