Problem-Solve Proactively: Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions with plant leaders and cross-functional teams. Turn blockers into breakthroughs. Deliver Results: Lead projects that produce real-world, annualized savings and performance gains across our operations. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering—manufacturing environment preferred. Strong analytical skills: data analysis, root cause analysis, process mapping. Excellent communicator and natural collaborator—able to influence at every level. Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and tight timelines. Driven, resourceful, and ready to hit the ground running. Why Join Arclin? This is more than a role—it's a mission.
